6/20/15

Dinner with Jennie and David. Bread, rhubarb upside-down cake, ice cream, rhubarb syrup. I did not care for the cake, actually, even though it looked nice:
We used the rhubarb syrup to make delicious gin cocktails. A worthy use for rhubarb. As for desserts, I'll stick to the cobbler from PW. The ice cream (plain vanilla) was a nice addition.
