Pasta with fresh ricotta and zucchini (from NYT). I played around a bit with the recipe (added some white wine, subbed in rosemary for basil) and it was very good. Even Carter really liked it, and he is normally not a fan of zucchini. I made my own ricotta and I think that adds to the dish, but who knows?
