Dinner with my parents: pasta with Marcella Hazan's tomato sauce. So good I think I should make it again soon. Brought some brown-butter coconut cookies from SK. I don't know why I never made these before because they certainly meet all my cookie criteria: brown and toasty, crisp and chewy.
