Sunday, 11/27/16

Spaghetti with meat sauce, zucchini cakes (fritters?), bread and cheese. The bread (made by Jason) and cheese were wonderful, but I thought my tomato sauce wasn't tomato-y enough, and the zucchini wasn't crispy enough. Overall, less than the sum of their parts. Maybe I should have put baking powder in with the fritter batter? Or used a cast iron pan instead of ceramic?
