Wednesday, 11/22/17

Grilled chicken sandwiches (I marinated the chicken with lemon, garlic and rosemary) with provolone and red onion relish, plus coleslaw for Jason and roasted potatoes (from SE). The potatoes really did what they claimed they would do: they were crispy and flavorful outside, soft and fluffy inside. Go Kenji! I ate leftover green beans since I hate coleslaw, even if it is lovely to look at with purple cabbage.
