We are on a mission to use up a bunch of cream cheese in the fridge. Jason made a loaf of onion bread (he added a little dried onion to punch up the flavor. It made for a nice onion-y flavor), and we had cream cheese with it instead of butter. We also had salad of carrots roasted with cumin seeds and crushed red pepper, tossed with avocado and lemon juice. Also made dates stuffed with manchego cheese, wrapped in bacon. A little too sweet, so some sriracha was in order.
