We tried our hand at making poutine, since we had brought back some cheese curds from Canada. The good news: the fries and gravy were excellent. The not so good: after riding around the Northeast with us for about a week, the curds were not so fresh and squeaky, just sort of meh. Jason doesn't believe me, but when it comes to curds, freshness is all. Oh well, still pretty good. Plus another beautiful Farm Share salad.
