I made a zucchini gratin, trying to use up the zucchini, and then realized that it would create its own leftovers.....Oh well. It was still good (from Ina Garten. And no wonder it was good---I was out of milk and used cream + half and half instead. I also grate the zucchini instead of slicing it). Plus odd bits of cheese, bread and another salad.
