Tuesday, 8/21/18

Jason was inspired by Montreal bagels, both eating them and watching them being made. So he made a batch today, very successfully! I made some gazpacho to go with it. It was fine, but I have never really loved cold soup. I was there for the bagels, especially just plain. The recipe traditionally does not call for salt, but I am glad Jason added some.

Their odd shapes are part of their charm
