Thought about making more pork buns, since I still had filling, but we were unable to commit to buying a bamboo steamer. It also seemed easier to turn the leftover pork into a stir-fry with ginger, garlic, scallions and Chinese broccoli. Really good; the pork added an interesting flavor and it was super quick to make.
