Tuesday, 1/26/21

 Yeasted waffles, sausage, salad. I make the batter in the morning and let it rise all day; the resulting waffles are so crispy but light and flavorful. I can eat them plain. The salad was fun because a stop at Trader Joe's meant I had hearts of palm and dried cranberries to pep it up a little.
