Tuesday, 7/13/21

 It was one of those rare days when I came home and really didn't feel like cooking. But the tofu was already sitting here, so cook I did. I roasted the tofu with soy sauce, sriracha and maple (Carter's favorite), and made soba noodles with peanut sauce, plus sauteed cabbage. We hadn't had peanut sauce in a while, so that was nice.
