Marinated grilled chicken, pita bread from Jason, baba ghanoush, tomatoes. The yogurt marinade (from the Times) ensured nice, not too dry chicken (for once). The baba ghanoush recipe also came from the Times, and it is quite tasty, but I made SO much. I wonder if you can freeze it?
