Tuesday, 11/2/21

 I let Jason make rice and lentils, knowing that it wouldn't be the most thrilling meal (at least we used red lentils and basmati rice). I made some spicy roasted cauliflower to go with it. Pros: filling, cheap, healthy. Cons: a little blah. Nothing some condiments couldn't fix.
