Jason's parents kindly sent us a gift tower for Hanukkah, so we busted that out and noshed for dinner. Luckily, there were cheese and crackers, mixed nuts and some excellent pears so it wasn't just candy for dinner. Actually, the candy was the least successful component. But a really ripe pear is a treat, for sure.
