Went to Jay and Jodi's for another go at dumpling making. We did a steamed vegetable dumpling this time (I think Jodi has still not recovered from the shock of the previous fried ones) and they were largely successful. I just used a random recipe from online (but it was very similar to the one in my Andrea Nguyen book). I think people were happy with the results!
I brought along a double batch of "cinnamon toast popcorn" from the NYT. Should have made a triple....it was devoured. I knew Jodi would like it.
