Tuesday, 3/15/22

 A beef and cabbage stir-fry, from the NYT. It called for sirloin but I used ground because that's what we had. Seasoned with lots of black pepper, garlic, soy sauce and black vinegar (and a little brown sugar) and served over rice, it was a good one dish dinner. No complaints, even though it was very cabbage forward.
