I had Jason make me some black beans in the Instant Pot (he is getting to be an old hand at it) and some rice (not as successful as he uncharacteristically forgot to start the rice cooker) and we had burrito bowls for dinner.Nothing new: some cabbage (lightly pickled with lime ), cotija, cherry tomatoes, salsas. Nice easy dinner for the end of a long work week.
