Zucchini fritters, from SK. I skipped scallions but added feta and nigella seeds. Jason toiled out on the porch over the deep fryer and they turned out perfectly. Carter turned up his nose at zucchini but had to admit that they really just taste like fried deliciousness. Jason also made some pita bread and hummus,and I made pickles over the weekend (too spicy, BTW). Still working on the too-rich peanut butter-Oreo bars.
