Thursday, 8/3/23

 Dinner at Jodi's. She made pasta with soy curls, roasted red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. A little weird, but it worked. Jason made a loaf of bread, since for once it wasn't a million degrees out. He is also experimenting with an Egyptian dessert called basbousa: this first iteration was OK but needs some tinkering.
