Chicken tikka masala, from "Indian Instant Pot". Similar to her butter chicken recipe, but I thought it was better. More flavorful and less sweet. Jason made a bunch of dosas; this was only semi-successful as the saucy chicken just leaked through and made a mess. Still, they tasted pretty good. I also roasted some cauliflower and had fresh jalapeno, cashews and tamarind chutney to liven everything up.
