 Falafel (basic instruction from the NYT). I add a lot more herbs and spices but otherwise the recipe works well. It also helps to grind the chickpeas separately. Jason fried them up outside AND made pita on the grill. I made some sweet and spicy pickled peppers to go with it, along with a tahini-yogurt sauce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and feta. Big hit all around.
