Pork stew with green chilis? Posole Verde? Not sure what to call it, but it was pork shoulder, various green chilis, onions, zucchini and hominy. No real recipe, just lots of time in the Dutch oven. I think potatoes would also have been good in there, but it was still great as it was. Served with tortilla chips and what may have been the last farm tomato of the season.
