Potato soup with greens, from the NYT. It looked so appealing in their photo (due to a lot of turmeric, I think) but in the end it was just potato soup. I added maybe too much chard? It made the soup an odd pinkish color and was also a little slimy. Still, not bad with some cheese sprinkled on. We have so many potatoes and some are so iffy that we can't be too picky.
