 The many glowing reviews of "creamy beans with greens" at the NYT finally convinced me to try it. White beans, cooked with cream, tomato pasta and sun-dried tomatoes, topped with greens that were seasoned with lemon, panko bread crumbs and parmesan. I cooked my own white beans, which was more cost-effective, but sadly they were fairly overdone. I didn't have arugula, but spinach did the trick just fine. This was pretty good!  Better, perhaps, with more toothsome beans, but certainly worth repeating. Maybe with a bit more sun-dried tomatoes, too.
