Weeknight favorite, sushi bowl. I had a couple of nice mangos, my avocado was miraculously ripe on the right day, and I tried a new sauce out (gochujang tarted up with sesame oil, maple syrup and rice vinegar). I also quick-pickled some cucumbers. This, along with seared tuna steaks made for a very tasty meal with the bonus of no leftovers.
