Monday, 1/18/21

 A day off meant that I had time to make jap chae for dinner. It comes together pretty quickly, but there was lots of chopping. I used the recipe from Maangchi (except for shitake mushrooms which I didn't have/don't like). So good! Glad I splurged on a little hangar steak. It really added a nice flavor/texture.
