 One of Jason's farm friends brought us back some Syrian bread from Egypt. I remember my mom getting this kind of bread from somewhere in Springfield when I was a kid (who knows where, since we never went to Springfield). Anyway, it is enormous, round and slightly thinner that a tortilla. We had some with hummus, cucumbers and feta cheese for an easy no-cooking meal. Thanks, Iman!
