Family Relaxation Night!
Broccoli Rabe Lasagne (NYT) with lemon ricotta, plus a salad. Really good; would definitely make again. Maybe add a bit more broccoli rabe and omit the butter on top.

  1. The more I eat the leftovers, the more I like it. Definitely more greens, though. And the half & half in the bechamel could be replaced with milk for a slightly lighter end product.
