Chicken with shallots, from the NYT. I subbed in rosemary for the tarragon (because that is what I had on hand) and used boneless chicken breasts. This was a very easy and delicious chicken dish, particularly over the fresh fettucine we made. That really stole the show, as far as I am concerned. More toasted marshmallow milkshakes for dessert.
The more I think about, the less I loved that chicken. It was just unremarkable. Maybe the Times talked it up too much.
