Another night of SULA: hot dogs and sauerkraut for Jason, grilled cheese for Carter. I made a pasta with beet greens, garlic, red pepper and anchovies:

I ate this in the car (again), which would have been OK except that the pasta could have used some salt and I didn't have any. Still, using up those beet greens made me feel virtuous.
