9/21/15

A day at home meant I had a little too much time on my hands for cooking:

Labneh with mint and red pepper, baba ghanouj (both recipes from Lebanese Home Cooking), hummus (I used the cooking method from Bon Appetit; it worked beautifully but I inadvertently made about a quart. Seriously), flatbreads, za'atar, zhug and potato borek (those I bought from Maple Farms and they are delicious! I love that store).
A quasi Middle Eastern feast!
