9/27/15

Disastrous macaroni and cheese experiment from the NYT. The reviews were so mixed, I should have been wary. It was: grainy, not noodle-y enough and bland. And gloppy. Carter practically refused to eat it until I made his into nachos:
A slight improvement.
Have I lost my cooking skills? Anyway, next time I will stick to the Martha Stewart recipe.

  2. The cheese sauce (mac-n-cheese) also taste good on a leftover hamburger with some added hot sauce.
