Sunday, 12/11/16

Carter's choice: fried chicken (Popeye's style), plus baked potatoes (we all had different vegetables because apparently I run a diner? Broccoli for Carter, coleslaw for Jason and sweet potatoes for me).. I used boneless, brined chicken breasts and they turned out very crunchy and juicy. I also made a cream gravy from Serious Eats (I omitted the garlic this time). Not necessary, but good and peppery. No pictures because it was not a photogenic meal.
