One of my favorite foods, pasta with a creamy broccoli sauce (from SK). I use a lot more broccoli than she calls for, and added some leftover ricotta that I had on hand. So good. it just occurred to me that lemon zest would be a good addition. Also had some kielbasa for my carnivorous family members.
