Poached chicken and rice, from the NYT. Much, much more delicious than it sounds: the chicken is poached in a spicy, gingery-y broth, chopped and served over rice with two sauces: a sweet soy and a spicy ginger/garlic sauce. Garnished with cilantro, cucumbers, scallions and sesame oil, this was one of my favorite meals of the week. We added some broccoli but greens would also have been good.
