Wednesday, 12/7/16

Dinner in Whately...lots of tasty mexican foods, cornbread, taquitos, fajitas.  We brought some caramel-chocolate almonds that I frantically made in the morning.The recipe is from SK, and they are relatively easy even though I forgot to roll them in sparkly sugar before the chocolate set. That's OK, I'll make then again (maybe with mixed nuts?) next weekend. Could be fun to spice them a little, too. Although there is no need as they are terrific as is.
