ANOTHER snow day. I wasn't allowed to make any desserts, so I contented myself with a focaccia from my Jim Lahey bread book. A little unusual in that it called for cooked potato in lieu of some of the flour. It was really good although a little flat. More salt next time, Also chicken marsala, and spinach sauteed with garlic.
