Monday, 4/23/18

Chana dal that I cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds and coconut milk. I also added a little bit of Thai green chili paste (but only a little! That stuff is spicy). With it we had rice and roasted cauliflower. Pretty typical weeknight dinner,  but I thought the dal turned out particularly well.
