Wednesday, 4/18/18

Spicy orange chicken, from a recipe at Food52.  I would characterize this as just "fine". It looked not so appealing. I threw in a lot of broccoli and served it over rice, and there were no complaints but I was mildly let down. I think I should have either truly deep fried the chicken bits or just sauteed them. The middle ground of shallow frying was the problem.
