GIANT chicken potpie with a biscuit top. Good, but it took forever for the biscuits to cook through, and used pretty much every dish in the house. I used poached chicken breasts, some leftover chicken stock to make a veloute (and threw in some leftover gravy, too) and of course potatoes, carrots and peas.

We also had a Caesar-ish salad. Lots of leftovers.
