Thursday, 7/4/19

Pulled pork sandwiches, watermelon, a broccoli rice salad and coleslaw for Jason. I marinated the pork in  a sort of mango/OJ/garlic sauce, then cooked it in the slow cooker (used Carter's favorite brioche rolls). The rice salad had sauteed onions, pecans, dried cranberries and some oil and vinegar. I just kept adding stuff until it tasted good. Good dinner before a hot night at Ultimate.
