Wednesday, 7/3/19

Seared tuna steaks, oven roasted potatoes, cabbage sauteed with garlic, onion and sambal oelek. I used the potato roasting technique from Serious Eats, but I tossed them with garlic, olive oil and rosemary after roasting instead of before. Probably my favorite part of dinner. No leftovers!
