We had sausage, egg & cheese muffins, which I would not call my favorite dinner, but I do applaud Jason for taking up the mantle of learning to make hollandaise. It was an unusual method (from Serious Eats, where else), but it did the job! They did not have immersion blenders at the ready back in my day, not would I have dreamed of using unclarified butter, but who can argue with results?
