A big pot of spaghetti and meat sauce. I wanted meatballs, but two out of three people in our house inexplicably prefer meat sauce. Fine. Used a mixture of beef and ground pork, but a couple of spoonfuls of the nduja, for spice. Jason made a very nice loaf of bread, and sadly, I forgot to make a vegetable. Meant to make a salad but it just didn't come to pass.
