Thursday, 4/21/22

 Black pepper tofu, with rice and broccoli, slightly adapted from Ottolenghi via Epicurious. I never have shallots laying around, so red onions filled in.  And I didn't have any scallions so I skipped them. Still delicious, but the butter is probably why. If anyone else in the house knew how much butter goes into that dish....
