We had a late-ish lunch (thanks, Corrina!) and therefore weren't all that hungry, but I insisted on making dinner anyway. We had a reprise of a Blue Apron potato-kale hash (let's be clear: it is cheesy homefries with kale to make you feel better about it). We bravely managed to eat some, and some of the latest round of baclava (I know!). The eggs you bake on top were superfluous but I never say no to cheese + potatoes.
The baclava wasn't at it's best, as I think it really needs an overnight rest. Also I may have slightly underbaked it.
