Nice snowy day...work ended early so I had time to do some food prep, most notably a giant pan of macaroni and cheese for Carter. I used a recipe from Preppy Kitchen I think it is only OK. The bechamel was too gloopy and one pound of pasta was lost in there. Still, how bad can it be?
For dinner we just had leftovers, though.
