I asked Jason to make the pizza one night early and he kindly obliged. Happily, it used up another freezer item (previously made fried eggplant slices) and was very delicious. Work was very tiring this week so I was glad to come home to dinner already made. Pepperoni for Carter which he grudgingly said was pretty good.
