After a very hectic day at work, I was happy to go to Jay and Jodi's, have a drink, and let Jason make calzones. They turned out really well! I had made a basbousa/namoura on Saturday to bring with us, and I think it was my best effort so far. I greased the pan with tahini as a lot of people in the NTY comments suggested, but I don't think you could taste a difference.
